This refrigerator has been great! The double ice maker has been very convenient. The available area to store food is phenomenal. I usually have too much space now. The best part of this refrigerator definetly has to be the extra door on the exterior of the door that houses the pitcher of water. It has been very convenient to fill my water bottle and my coffee maker with the pitcher. The double freezer door is nice and has also given me a large area to store food. I have yet to try the feature where I can make the 2nd freezer into a fridge, but I like having that option. Overall this refrigerator has been wonderful, it has surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to upgrade or replace their refrigerator.

We have had our Bespoke refrigerator for several months now. I love the Flexible compartment. Right now I am using the meat setting and it keeps meat wonderfully. The upper refrigerator is at a great temperature for the rest of the products. I love the water pitcher and am drinking more water at home! The fingerprint resistant Blue Steele is beautiful and really finger print resistant!

I love this fridge! The overall looks is very modern and the glass gives it a very sleek look to it. The auto fill pitcher is amazing and I love having two options for ice. My only complaint on the ice is that sometimes you lose some pieces out the back when scooping. For overall storage the refrigerator fits everything I need and I love how I can customize the temperatures of the flex door and crisper drawers via the app. Overall I am very impressed with my Bespoke 4 door flex refrigerator by Samsung.

I just love the Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung. This is such an amazing refrigerator it is so spacious and bright inside. I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

I bought this a couple months back. Looks great, has cool features. I like how you can change out the panel colors. Two different ice trays, water and inside the doors for a cleaner look. Bright LED lights and flex zone is great.

After a few months we still love this refrigerator. The automatic filling water pitcher is amazing and we didn't think it was going to be a big deal. Having a flex section really helps especially if you have a separate freezer and don't need the extra space. We highly recommend this Refrigerator. It does seem a little taller than normal. It barely fit under our cabinets.

Definitely worth the wait. The drawers rather than bins in the freezer make it so much more usable. You can actually find what you are looking for without taking everything out. We are loving the water pitcher in the door. Every day we find a new reason to love this refridgerator.

We purchased this fridge to replace an LG fridge that died after only 4 years of use (and had problems for long before it completely died). I LOVE everything about this fridge and wish I'd gotten it a lot sooner. The only thing I'm at all sad about is the ice bites. Let me be clear, I definitely prefer the ice bites to any other refrigerator ice I've ever had, but in a lot of places it's sort of implied they are like a nugget ice but they are not, just very small, and still quite hard, ice cubes. Overall very pleased though. And even though this is the same size as the fridge I am replacing it fits a lot more food. We chose to purchase the navy glass panels and it looks very nice. My husband installed the panels himself quickly and easily. We bought neon dry erase markers and use the front of the fridge as a white board for family communication.

3 months now, absolutely loved it. Able to store foods for weeks and parties. Guests are amazed by the look and the size.
One thing though, I have to get the a new breaker without GFCI installed. It keeps tripping my breaker and my house is just 5 years old.
I am looking forward to replace the custom panels. Strangely, only professional installers are recommended. How can I change it time to time as I like.

Bought fridge this past summer, enjoy the fridge very much. There are a few items that i wish would be improved.
1. Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor
2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots
3. Ice is a pain to get out
After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.

Purchasing a new refrigerator is not necessarily an exciting venture. However, it was exciting to receive our new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex fridge! The 29 cubic feet is not the larges fridge you can buy, but the way the interior is designed, this fridge feels huge. We chose the navy steel color for all four panels, which gives it a slight navy color. The look without handles is so sleek and upscale. I love the two ways to get water, including the pitcher that allows you to do infused water. The ice maker in the freezer is unobtrusive and having it create two types of ice cubes is extremely handy. I was leery about the side of the freezer, especially since the lower right quadrant is a flex space, but the deep drawers and sliding shelves make it very easy to access and store everything. Since having this fridge, two friends of ours have now purchased their own BESPOKE fridge, and one even got the matching stove as well. It really is a very high-end appliance, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new fridge!

I absolutely love my fridge. From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge.
The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

It's been about 3 weeks since I replaced my fridge and I love it. The Bespoke aspect makes it mine, you're not going into a store and seeing the same fridge that I have. It's huge capacity is great for big families and the flex zone is so clutch when you need more space in the fridge. I can't speak too much on the ice maker because we rarely use ice, I would have preferred a dedicated ice spout like the water dispenser though, solely for aesthetic reasons I will admit. It's really quiet too, I rarely hear it in the day or night. My only gripe was that the measurements didn't include the wheels on the bottom of the fridge, so I had to adjust my cabinets a bit, but not a deal breaker. All in all, if you have a opportunity to see one of these and you're one of those people who love kitchen gadgets, you'll instantly fall in love.

I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

My new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator (with customizable glass color panels featuring the beverage center and dual ice maker with Ice Bites) was finally delivered yesterday, and other than the Navy color being much darker than anticipated it is an amazing appliance! The Wifi connectivity is actually useful, and I've transferred everything from my old fridge/freezer and there's gobs of extra room! Love the beverage center with infusable water pitcher, and the crisper drawer and bottom right unit that can be either freezer or fridge. The lighting is beautiful and the anti-slip glass shelf is a lovely added feature, and also the fingerprint resistant surface. Like all Samsung fridges, the door-open alarm is a handy feature too. The temp settings actually run colder than indicated, which is not usually the case so I'm glad it's not too warm. If you like both form AND function with a stylish look this is your refrigerator!

When we first got selected I was excited that we would be able to customize our fridge and select a combo of colors that would fit our kitchen best. We got our fridge and it fits amazingly in its predecessors spot. The only issue with it is the delivery people came with only one color and we had selected two different color combinations and have yet to receive the correct ones. The fridge though in itself is amazing the four doors has always been a dream of mine. We also added the fridge to the smart things app. With the app I like being able to view how many times the door has been opened, that I can set the temperature from my phone and I also like being able to switch the settings. The beverage center has an amazing feature that we use often, the self filling water pitcher gets a-lot of use and I like that even the tiniest bit that you use you don't have to worry about refilling it yourself.I appreciate the fact that I can add a few fruits and citrus in the infuser and have it ready for me. I like the ice maker and the fact that it is in the freezer, I also like that I have a choice of Cubed and Ice Bites. I love also having the option of a flex fridge that I am able to use the lower right corner for a fridge or freezer. Not having enough room was an issue with our old fridge and we no longer have that issue with this one. I can't say enough about how amazing this fridge is.

I have had this refrigerator for more than a month and I LOVE it! The space in the refrigerator is very large and is way more than I need, but it is great to have the added space when I need it occasionally. The look and design is amazing. I chose the color Blue and it definitely stands out in our kitchen. It is now the first thing that people notice when they come into our kitchen. I was first a little concerned about the size of the freezer, I though it might not be enough space, but now I have way more space than I need. In my last freezer, it was filled to the rim, and now I barely use 1 side completely and about a fifth part of the second freezer area. I love that the drawers in the freezer slide out because it makes storage so much easier and I can organize the food so much better. The best part of this fridge has definitely been the Dual Ice Maker! Every single person that I show it to is amazed and immediately say they want one too. The only negative review I have about this refrigerator is that although the ice maker is my favorite feature, it does take about 24 hours to completely fill the ice containers after being empty. I previously had a Samsung refrigerator and was very disappointed with it, but this refrigerator has been the best upgrade in appliances I have made.

We've only had our refrigerator for a few days but we are already thoroughly impressed. This by far is the largest refrigerator that I've ever owned and I don't think we can go back to anything smaller. We have dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it's very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don't have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren't digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Overall, it's a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!

I have had my Bespoke now for about a month or so. At first, I was very disappointed to find that it didnt have a external ice dispenser. You would think a sophisticated refrigerator would have this of all things. But, instead it has a beverage center with a always full water pitcher with the option of infusing fruits, vegetables into the water. Also a internal water dispenser that is easily accessible. Underneath in the freezer section is your ice. You have two pull out trays, each one has a different size ice. One is a small nugget shape and the other small cubes. So yes, while it does not have that outside ice dispenser, the other things it has makes up for that loss! I like the fact that this refrigerator has pull out freezer shelves. It makes getting food out so much easier on my back! I like how bright the inside is with the LED lighting inside. You can see everything easily! Even spills and dirty areas show up clear as day! I thought this refrigerator would have tons and tons of room. But, I don't really feel like it is that much bigger than a normal size one. I find myself still having to rearrange things in it to make more room for items a lot of times. Maybe it is because the beverage center takes up a part of it. But I still feel like Im spoiled having the beverage center so I wouldnt want to get rid of that part of it! That has to be my favorite feature of the refrigerator! I am drinking much more water now! Overall, I am happy with my Bespoke. I like the modern and sleek looking outside of it. The fact that you can change the panels on it later on if you want is also a plus. Not sure how expensive that would be, but it is something I want to look into for later on down the road. It would be a easy way to fool everyone into thinking you have got a new refrigerator!

I am very impressed with my BeSpoke refrigerator by Samsung. I was able to customize the exterior look to my personal tastes and to match the style of my kitchen. The exterior also has a very streamlined look so it feels high-end in my option. Both doors can open at the same time for easy access to everything in the refrigerator section, great for large turkeys. The inside is super bright which was a wonderful surprise. The 2 crisper drawers allow for flexible temps depending on storing meats or veggies, keeps them fresh longer. I also love how the water filter is easy to access instead of reach to the bottom of the fridge like my old one. My only mild complaint on the fridge section would be I wish I had more flexibility to raise or lower the shelves inside.
The quick access beverage center door is great for all the quick access products like juices, ketchup, etc. I like not having to fully open the doors and let out all the cold air. I was not sure I would like the beverage center water dispenser being behind the quick access door, but I can say I love it now that I have it! In addition the water dispenser I was surprised how much I use the infuser auto fill pitcher.

Imagine shopping for a refrigerator similar to shopping for your vehicle. You can choose what color combination(s) including choice of material. There are eight different colors and two types of material to mix and match. We chose glass white for the two top panels and matte black steel for the two bottom panels. We absolutely love the contrast and makes the refrigerator the centerpiece of our kitchen.
Not only does the refrigerator shine in the aesthetics department, it also shines in the functionality department. With 29 cu ft of space, it easily handles our family of five. Speaking of features, this refrigerator is loaded.
1) There's a convenient beverage center with it's separate door access so you don't have to open the whole refrigerator. There's a chilled water pitcher which you can infuse with your favorite fruit or vegetable. Of course there is the traditional water dispenser next to it.
2) You get two types of ice cubes from the two ice makers built-in. This is my kid's favorite feature as they love to chomp on the ice bite cubes.
3) The bottom right freezer can be converted to a refrigerator as needed...ingenious
4) The bottom half freezer both features pull out drawers to keep your freezer organized and easy to find what you need.
The refrigerator is whisper quiet. I cannot hear when the it is running. Even after three weeks of owning this refrigerator, I still admire it the design and aesthetics. As my title says, 'Art has met the refrigerator appliance world', and it is good.

We opted for the 4 door Bespoke and we were torn about which colors to choose. My boyfriend wanted all white, i wanted gray. So we compromised and have white glass on top and gray glass on the bottom. I was reluctant on the white because i thought it would be bright white and standout so much it would be an eyesore. Well.... the white glass is beautiful. It looks great with the gray bottom and i actually would have been extremely pleased with all white. It's white, but subdued enough that it's stunning. The best part about the front panels is I found out that you could purchase them separately at lowes for 95.00. So if we ever get tired of those colors we can switch it up and a reasonable price. Some of the features i love about this refrigerator is it beeps if you don't close the door, it even notifies us on the tv with a message saying the door is open. I have no idea how it knows that. The auto fill pitcher with built in infuser is such a great feature. I use it everyday. Slice some peaches and strawberries or other fruit, add to the infuser basket and put it in place. Today's fruit is strawberries and cherries. Refreshing!!! After you fill the infuser and shut the door it knows to fill it. When you use some and replace it, it auto tops it off. Again, how does it know??? Amazing!!! I also love the fact that you can use that bottom right freezer as an additional refrigerator section if needed. The door inside the door feature is so convenient. This is also where the water pitcher is stored. I have my coffee creamer, iced tea and butter on the top shelf of that section. Super easy to just open and grab without opening the entire door. I can't comment yet on the storage space as we emptied out our other refrigerator and lived on the bare minimum knowing that this new refrigerator was coming. Now that I have it, I'll be back to shopping regularly and will fill up my freezer like it was. It has more cubic feet so I'm expecting that this will hold a lot of food. There is nothing that I would change about this refrigerator. We absolutely love it and would recommend purchasing it to every person I talk to.

Love the look of this refrigerator! The interior light is bright but easy on the eyes. I selected the matte grey glass. While it does clean easily I don't find it to be fingerprint resistant. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. We added clear bins to the bottom shelf for cheese and deli meats as there is no drawer for this which is a disappointment. We love the beverage center door and auto fill water pitcher.
The freezer shelves pull out for easy access allowing you to use the full depth of the shelves without losing things in the back!
The ice maker produces two sizes of cubes conveniently in the top bin.
I have not yet used the Smart things app as I don't see a need to frequently monitor a refrigerator temperature. We do use the app for our Samsung range all the time so we may find it useful in the future.
I have not changed the flex zone yet but anticipate this to be useful at holiday time when prepping for large meals.
It's only been a few weeks but so far I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

We've had this fridge for about 2 weeks now and we love it! It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!
