Not living up to expectations

a beautiful looking oven with many cool features. unfortunately, the oven never worked well and then broke within 6 months. the oven was unable to maintain heat while cooking. i was told that it loses heat when the door is opened, but it was clear that it loses heat even with the door closed. then the broiler feature gave out with a loud zipping noise. samsung customer service has not lived up to my expectations either. this is taking months to resolve, they keep cancelling my ticket and telling me that i have not submitted the required documentation for my refund. i am very disappointed and frustrated.

we purchased this range through on dec. 1st, 2020 and finally received and installed the oven in our home on april10th ,2021. We moved into our new home in September 2021 and started using the stove on a daily basis at that time. on January 25th of 2022 the oven completely stopped working. Samsung did not stand behind this product. Communication was difficult and only by text. They said the oven could not be repaired and we would be compensated. Only to have someone text call us back and say it was out of warranty.

Will not honor warranty

i recently contacted support to help with the issue of peeling on the bottom of the inside of my gas range. a sugary syrup dripped on the bottom of the oven while i was baking a coffee cake. i ran a self-clean cycle and when i wiped out the residue, the bottom of the oven peeled. i contacted samsung to request that a replacement part be sent. they insisted a technician come out. the technician called technical support to ask if he could replace the plate that was peeling. they said they would not cover it because the cake caused the damage. since this occurred under normal baking conditions, i do not feel like the damage should have occurred and since it did, that it should be covered under warranty

Replaced my 30 year old range with this Samsung. Compared to other brands, the oven was so much roomier for large needs. Wasn't crazy about the griddle that came with it. But, tried it out and love it. Roasts and bakes wonderfully. Control panel once figured out is really nice. Like the fact that on WI fi if I'm doing something else in the house, the timer can let me know when it's up through my smart watch or phone. Still trying out the other features. So far, so great!

So far ok. We converted from gas to propane stove top & oven. Haven't used the air fryer yet, still getting used to the various stove top sizes. Very disappointed in the griddle burner, even on high it doesn't get hot enough for cooking pancakes or takes forever. The other very disappointing thing is there is no manual way to light the oven, so if your electricity is out you can't use the oven. I don't need fancy WiFi I need to be able to use the stove with my propane not electricity. For a basic gas/propane stove top fine but may as well have an electric oven since you need electricity to turn it on.

I bought this with the expectation that I could purchase a middle grate and use for large pots and that was my mistake. They do not sell the middle grate to replace the griddle. You have to buy all 3 which is a pain since no one likes using the griddle because it is so hard to clean.

You won't regret upgrading your kitchen with this appliance. Purchased a year ago I can honestly say Samsung outdid themselves with this time. 1 year later the burners still cooks food even,both the air fry & dehydrate functions are now a must have for me. The ability to use a 5th burner as a griddle has been ideal & the fact the device is wi-fi ready is amazing. It's so easy to get side tracked & I love the alerts that appear on my smart TV when my oven has finished preheating or my timer has expired. You won't regret this appliance, buy it!!!

rather practical range

I bought this range a while ago, and so far it is functioning properly. the griddle looks nice but I have not used it once since it will make cleaning messy. Airfrying feature is interesting but it generates a lot of smoke so I tend to use the convection oven feature only. so it seems to be a good idea, but not sure if makes sense for an older home with may be less robust ventilation. I have yet to try the self-cleaning feature yet but I feel like I need to since the grease accumulated thus far (about 3.5 months) is getting the smoke alarm "alarmed" easily! cleaning the around where the knobs are positioned can be a bit tricky, but using warm soaping water works and going through the crack would do a fine job.

although i like its design and work i am very disappointed with the quality; after just a second wash with a soft sponge and some dish soap i noticed rust stains on my brand new stainless steel range. i have called a seller- he sent me to manufacturer, i called samsung but have been told that a rust is consider "cosmetic damage" therefore it is not covered by warranty.

beautiful stove

I've had this stove for about 3 weeks. Its a beautiful looking stove and the end to end grates are great for extra cooktop space. My wife loves the high intensity burners and the air fryer is awesome. Now I can get rid of my air fryer and have more counter space.

Great looking range. Screen is extremely sensitive

We bought this range because of its center burner and ended up not really using it as much as the other obvious feature: the oven. It really does make food cook better and more evenly. The kids love the pizzas we make in this oven and almost instantly noticed the difference. My only complaint is how sensitive the screen is to touch. Unless you lock it, any bump will set off the screen or cancel your oven baking so be careful. Otherwise, we love it!

Burner igniter failed in 3 months -No Fix

After just 3 months the large burner igniter failed. Samsung spent 4 weeks trying to repair it, then gave up. lemon they said. Eventually they gave me a credit at Samsung.com for the stove, but after trying to use the credit I ended up only receiving a small portion of it. Now I have a broken stove and enough credit to buy 1/4 of a new one. The customer service experience was the worst I could ever have imagined. They had zero sympathy for my dilemma and loss.
