A fantastic Smart Oven with lots of features!

I purchased this oven on Black Friday from Best Buy. It was a great price for all the features it has. The glass cooktop is very easy to clean with almost no scrubbing, and the griddle is a great addition and is also easy to clean. The Wifi Connection is very simple to set up with no frustration. My only disappointment is the Air Fryer does not work as quickly as I expected.

Easy to understand dials and controls. Love that the clock is automatically set by wi-fi or bluetooth connection (no need to reset after electricity goes out). Originally the burners seemed to heat up my food slowly, but when I discovered my pans were not flat and switched to flat bottom pans, the heating speed was greatly improved. The grill 'pan' works well and is easily cleaned.

I bought this recently and am still learning all the features. Wish appliances still came with a manual. The one for this stove is 188 pages on line which I am not planning to print. It is a pain to have to look it up when I need information. Just call me old fashioned.

New Range Looks and Cooks good. So far so good.

Old oven died after 20 years. Knew we wanted a stove top griddle for pancakes and veggies. This one is just right. Looks more complicated to operate than it actually is. I like the design of the interior and the large window and bright light. The stove top laid out nicely. I had to get used to the settings of the burners since they work differently than my last stove. Hopefully we do more cooking once I get the full user instruction manual

I can't tell you how long I've waited to get this range. I looked at it for a long time at one of the local hardware stores and thought it has everything that I need in it. Once I got it I found that I was correct! This is one impressive range that does a multitude of things. And you can hook it up to your smart things wireless system to. I have a very small kitchen and not a lot of room to store anything much less than several appliances that do different things. The Samsung range does an impressive amount of things including stovetop grilling, air frying, and convection oven duties. And it does them all very easily. I have already tried the stovetop grill which is included with the range. There is a dedicated area on two burners on the stove top just for the grill, that heats a little higher than normal when you set it for grilling. The grill itself it's perfectly on top of those two burners. I tried a piece of chicken and it turned out fabulous! I have to eat healthier so grilling meats and fish is going to be such a great advantage and I don't have to drag out my countertop grill either. I used to dread that because I have to prep it heated up, then cook the food and then there was a cleanup involved afterwards which was not easy. The grill eliminates all of this. And speaking of healthier eating the range also includes a large fry basket to use with a convection oven which will Air fry your food but in a much larger quantity and in a much better quality environment. I used it on frozen shrimp and fries and it did a fabulous job without deep frying. I haven't tried the convection oven yet because I haven't started baking for the holidays yet, but that was one of the biggest features that I wanted this oven for and it will get tried out soon. This is a very smart looking oven and range and it fits beautifully inside of my kitchen, matching all of my other appliances beautifully. I haven't used it enough to have to clean the oven yet but I love seeing that there is a smart or steam clean setting on the oven that I would truly appreciate. I have pets and I also have asthma so I can't have anything superheated and smelly. The settings on the dashboard are great, and easy to see. And if you want to you can hook your stove up to your other smart things app. A little thing but I also love the chimes for the alarm. I am smitten with this new stove and I'm so proud to show it to friends and family. I am really looking forward to Thanksgiving this year!

I've made so many things with this Oven and the two that has made me the most happy is my biscuits. They came out a perfect golden brown. They didn't burn on the bottom and cooked even all the way through. The other thing is my brownies, they cooked up beautifully. I love that the burners can be adjusted to the pan size. The air fryer is probably the family's favorite feature. They have used it a lot. Those nuggets and pizza rolls seem to taste better in their.

This thing does everything I want it too, it covers our air fry needs, which frees up a counter space, handles griddle, which lets me get rid of an electric griddle, and does quick boil so there is less wait than the usual glass top. I wish there was a mat to use to protect the bottom of the stove from drips, especially when using the air fryer.

The Samsung rage is such a great update for our kitchen, with all our Samsung appliances. The electric range has some great features, I love the air fryer and self cleaning, Those I use the most. This Samsung range exceeds all expectations. It is stylish and attractive, with clean lines that make exterior cleaning easy. The included griddle with the uniforming heating is a nice addition. Where this range really stands out, however, is in two features: the built in air fryer and the WiFi connectivity. Frozen items like french fries and mozzarella sticks come out nice and crisp, in half the time of a regular oven. Chicken wings cook quickly with a nice crispy exterior. The WiFi connectivity allows you to monitor the stove-top and the oven, as well as control the oven remotely. I am glad that we got this range!

we really love the air fryer and it has replaced our counter top unit that is used several times a week. the cooktop griddle is the right size for cooking 2 grilled cheese sandwiches or pancakes at a time. i wouldn't cook bacon/sausage on it, as it doesn't have a grease drain and i can picture it being a messy time. only issues is the bottom storage drawer is smaller than we expected, and i can image some may have pans that will not fit. keep that in mind when looking at this range. overall this is a great range, that offers rapid boil and it does work!

My Favorite Way to Cook Now

I really enjoy my range it has so many benefits and styles of ways to cook. It makes make cooking fun and exciting. There is a learning curve with all the styles from dehydrating, air frying, convection, grill, but eliminates the need for all the other appliances. There are a few things that I was where better like the storage tray at the bottom holds almost nothing, the top of the oven needs to be cleaned with a cleaner to get the best results, and the jingle on the timer I could do without. My favorite feature is the air fryer. The feature that is a huge plus to my busy schedule is the wifi capabilities. Being able to control the range with preheat keeps me in charge of the kitchen and helps when in the home and away in preparation of a meal. I feel this is a well thought out range and by far one of new favorite. In appreciate the quality of the range and all the benefits it has to offer. My new Samsung Range

I love my new Samsung Range. My favorite things about it are its looks and the adjustable burners. I also love that I can choose between convection cooking and conventional cooking depending on the recipe. The griddle works great and is easy to clean. The Air Fryer also works great and is very big. . I love to use them for entertaining. The oven is very easy to clean with the self clean option. I love that it is wifi enabled. It is easy to control using the app. I am very happy with my new Samsung Range.

Awesome griddle!

This Samsung range is amazing. Looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. Modern, sleek, and high quality. This range comes with a griddle, which utilizes 2 burners, or 1. So if you need to make the whole family some pancakes you have plenty of room on the griddle, or if you just want to make those midnight snack pancakes for yourself you can just use the one burner with the griddle. The no preheat air fry is one of my favorite features. Cooks French fries or chicken fingers perfectly, and quickly. I'm a Samsung fan, so I own a Samsung phone. This range has WiFi and using it in conjunction with Samsung smart things app you can start to preheat the oven from the comforts of your couch from your smart phone. If you leave the house and think to yourself "Did I turn off the oven?", you can check from your smart phone via the smart things app. It will also give you a notification on your phone if someone opens the oven door, starts, or stops the oven. A really useful feature in my opinion. It also as steam cleaning for self cleaning, which is much faster and easier then the traditional self cleaning option. This Samsung range has been a real pleasure to cook with, food cooks easy, evenly, consistently, and makes me feel like I actually know how to cook! The hard part now is finding new recipes that I want to try next. I highly recommend this Samsung Range. It's not overly complicated like some ranges with equal features, and just works just like it should. You can tell that Samsung was thinking of the average user when they designed this range. Highly recommend!

Cool range

This is a super modern, high tech range. The look is sleek and modern. Not sure how to clean the stove top though; maybe it could come with an appropriate cleaner? There is a self clean function for the inside as well. Not sure how to do that either. The owner's manual did not provide any help on how to use most functions. Please make a manual that more useful! Detail how to use every function. There are so many great functions! Our family uses the air fry function a lot. It takes a bit longer than than a countertop air fryer but works well. The air fry basket is a good size but something should be included to catch grease and crumbs. We use a large cookie sheet. The stovetop burners are fun to use, especially the main burner with it's different ring sizes. The griddle is nice but slides around really easily, maybe add something to keep it in place. Love how it shows the temperature as the oven heats up. Oven cooks perfectly, not to quick or too slow. Overall, a great stove. My family continues to explore all the different functions, so fun!

Quite an upgrade

We were wanting this to upgrade from a much more basic glass top stove, and got everything we were looking for and more. It has a very easy interface, with options for all the different features it carries such as Air Frying, Convection baking, standard baking, roasting, and broiling. Ontop of having a dedicated element space on top for the included Griddle plate to use. The heat provided there is even, and has an adjoining element space between the two usual rings, so the griddle plate actually heats all the way across. The description doesn't obviously say rapid boil, at least not when I looked, but it does have the rapid boil element, to get water going quick for pastas and the like. The included air fry tray is perfect, wide, and easy to clean, and we have loved clearing counter space to get rid of our old air fryer. The no-preheat airfry quickly heats the oven and gets up to air fry temperatures, without any of the limited space of a countertop air fryer. We have been using it frequently and my pictures have a little of that showing, but the unit does clean very well with some stovetop cleaner, very happy with our new stove.

A Very Nice Range

The Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with No-Preheat Air Fry, Convection+ & Griddle is a great and welcome addition to my kitchen. The built in air-fryer is super convenient, allowing me to get rid of the standalone one that I had. The extra counter space is an additional plus! The only drawback to the air-fryer is that the cook times are a little longer due to the larger space to be heated. The griddle is another nice feature. Samsung takes an extra step to make it more useful. Instead of just heating it with the 2 round burners that it sits on, another heating area is added between the burners, providing uniform heat for the entire griddle. Another nice feature is the WiFi connectivity. You can use it to check the status of the oven and cook-top and control the oven remotely. Not sure if you shut off the oven before you left the house? Check the SmartThings app and if you did forget, shut it off remotely! In closing, this is a very nice range. It is stylish and designed to be easy to clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Range with great features.

great range with a lot of great features. the air fry is great, it does smoke a lot when making wings but they come out great. the rapid boil is another great feature but its not very rapid. i would have given it a five if it were not for the fact that it will not connect to the network. i use smart things and have all my samsung devices connected and managed from there but this range will not connect. have reset my router made sure it has 2.4, the range has been power on and off many times. no joy. i have given up on it. so if you have to have it on the network this may not work for you.

Better than expected

We absolutely love our new range. There are so many options. The griddle is great! We have 3 granddaughters and they love pancakes and eggs. I love the wireless feature of being able to start your oven before you get home. Or turning it off. The range top is great. You have the normal four spaces for cooking but then you also have a space for warming. One of the four cooking spaces has a great feature. There are three different sized rings, small medium and large. You really get the full cooking area of your skillets. The oven itself is quite large inside and I am able to cook/bake things at the same time. The air fryer is so easy to use and the range came with a basket for it. When I've had family over they have commented on how cool it is that the oven light comes on when you open the door. Which is another feature that I like about this range.

Classy and Elegant

I thought my previous range was just fine, but my husband convinced me to get this new one as we were updating some other items in our kitchen. I was very impressed when it was installed. Very elegant looking but also very functional. I love the cooktop lines that help me decide which burner to use with different sized pans. The cooktop is also very easily cleaned if something spills. I love having an option of "normal" baking or convention baking and that the oven adjusts the cooking time if I chose convection so I don't end up over cooking something. The best part however is the air fryer. We have a normal sized air fryer and use it several times a week. With the air fryer in this range however, I can cook like 4 times the amount of food at the same time and it doesn't produce any smells in the house. Overall, I am very impressed and love my new range!

A welcome upgrade

I am absolutely in love with our new Samsung electric range and oven with the air fryer! The ceramic cooktop and self cleaning features of the oven make keeping it clean super easy and the stainless steel finish adds a nice clean, modern look to the kitchen. The external dimensions of the unit are the same as our old one so we were able to just slide the new one in place without modifying the cabinets and yet we still gained more capacity in the oven which will be put to good use cooking a bigger turkey for the holidays this year. I have been using the air fryer feature every chance I get because it's faster and easier than heating up the oven during these hot summer months and it's healthier than using the deep fryer. The air fryer feature also is an excellent way to reheat leftovers without them getting soggy like they do in the microwave. The ability to control the oven with the Samsung SmartThings app is a lifesaver when trying to get dinner ready in a hurry because I can start the oven preheating when I leave the store so it's ready to throw a pizza in as soon as I walk in the door. The cooktop heats up much faster than our old stove with the coil type burners but it does take a bit longer to cool off as well so you have to be mindful about placing things on the cooktop after cooking. I am definitely enjoying that I no longer have to worry about food getting spilled under the burners and making a stinky, smokey headache if you didn't get it all cleaned up right away. The griddle for the cooktop is perfect for pancakes and I love how easy it is to use since I just have to set it on the cooktop like I would a pan but I get so much more space so I can do multiple pancakes at once.

Beautiful stove, but needs some tweaks

First of all… the stove is BEAUTIFUL! have the stainless model but it still looks great with my black appliances in my kitchen. (Black wasn't an available option in the stove I wanted). The delivery crew failed to send me a cord/plug to hookup my stove, but my previous model was an older Samsung as well so we just used the cord from it. Install was super easy. I have the electric version and it came with an air fryer basket accessory for the oven and a griddle for the stove top use. This range is being marketed as the very first griddle/electric smooth top stove combo. I wanted this specific model because I have always wanted a griddle, but I also love the ease of cleaning a smooth cook top. Most griddle tops come on gas stoves and my house isn't set up for gas. Upo first impression, the stove is beautiful. Accessories are great. First thing I attempted was making Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on the griddle. It's the first thing I wanted to test out. The griddle is designed to work utilizing the two left side burners (left front and left rear). There's a setting on the knobs where you turn to utilize both burners with the griddle or the burners can each be utilized separately. Some things I noted: * The heat didn't seem to distribute evenly within the griddle top. Both burners were set to the same setting using the proper two burner/griddle knob, but one burner got much hotter than the other. The was definitely not distributing evenly from one burner to the other. I expected some variance in the empty space between the two burners, but not that much of a difference in the burners themselves. * The griddle slides easily on the smooth surface and I feel that maybe a better griddle design could utilize silicone pads on the outer corners (not on the burners) to provide a little bit of grip to keep the griddle from just sliding everywhere. * The griddle space is a little small and i was making a mess with my food falling off the sides. I ended up having to transfer the food over to a skillet and use an alternate burner. * The oven works great! But maybe it's just me, but I had no idea what the different settings are and when to use them and the user manual didn't have any information. There are two baking options, one with a little fan image beside it. At first I thought that was air fry, but there is an option to choose air fry, so I'm not 100% certain the difference or the usage for that setting. All in all I do love the stove!

we can't stop using it

we love this stove alot when use it ever since it came in the house.. this is much better then our other stove when need time getting used to it my cooking time as been less stressful but it has a air fryer which means im giving my family healthier options and we bought a air fryer which we don't even use anymore and the fast boil and dehydrate fruit and vegetables for longer storage which saves me money and trips to store now I don't have to go as much and the grill we haven't tried it yet but the air basket is a much have for any kitchen with a stove like this I recommend this stove as hands down the best stove our family ever owned now we can bake bread and there a spot in the middle to keep your food warm like gray and eggs and etc I can't wait for the holidays we going cook a big meal ive told my family outside our house in the want one to which I think it a great idea.. the stove is voice activated we haven't set that up yet either our other stove had non of this what we got now if we can do it again we'll pick this stove everytime

Beautiful looking and great features

The Samsung oven is going into our new house, we got to play with it a little to check out the features, our last oven was amazing it was one that had the buttons on the front. Having the buttons and knobs in the back was missing. Believe it or not, my favorite feature is the warning area. Great for sauce and things like that while making pasta. The oven is a good size and we can't wait to use the air fryer feature. We used the Dehydrator and made beef jerky, was much easier than we thought it would be it also saves you a ton of money. The Air Fryer is the star of the show for my family. We go to the gym and being able to make things like wings and other foods that usually use oil helps us and allows us to be eating a little healthier. The Smart app is nice since we have been adding so many amazing Smart app compatible things to our house, it allows us to control everything from our refrigerator to our oven and smart vacuum all with a push of a button or command to Alexa. This is an overall great oven that has a ton of features, great oven size, and looks amazing!

Incredible cook times

First, the convection oven shortens cook times dramatically and evenly cooks whatever you throw in there. Pizza, cookies, lasagna… it doesn't matter how much is in the oven everything cools evenly. I love the air fry function which allows for crispy, delicious meals with minimal oil. The oven cavity is very spacious. The griddle is awesome for pancakes and bacon in the morning and is easy to remove and clean. The wifi connectivity is so cool- I can control the range from my phone and preheat the oven without even getting out of bed. The smart things app is easy to connect on your phone and have it ready to go. This range makes my life much easier. I love the classy and elegant design and the fingerprint resistant finish makes it super easy to clean. I also love the steam cleaning feature and the self cleaning functions make it easy to keep it clean. This is best range out there!
