wheres the instruction manual. no instructions on how to use the air fryer or convectional oven. no help on how to use the steam feature???? i have searched internet with no luck. very disappointed. i love samsung appliances but i am very disappointed in this purchase due not knowing how to use it properly

stayway from black stainless steel. we brought whole set for our kitchen remodeling in black stainless steel. however within one year, the black coating starts peeling , called samsung customer service they denied repair says " cosmetic" are not covered by warranty. this is not cosmetic issue, this is defected product!!! samsung should recall all its black stainless steel with a solution. its painful that you spend thousands dollars only used for one year. its a very unhappy experience.

cheap quality with high price. worst service warranty.
bought it from best buy. cooktop crack itself call for warranty and samsung denied warranty and asking for $400/= repair charge.
never going to buy any samsung product worst product word customer support.

the oven runs 30 deg. off at start-up. once warmed up? "over", 50 deg. off from where i set it. "at minimum"!
what could be worse?
a "support" site which gives you a, "pitch"!
the pitch? apparently we are to believe.
this is a, "direct quote";
"it is difficult, even impossible for a thermometer to give (you), a correct reading"!
they are really saying? that you and i are surely morons. "we" shouldn't question such a scientific wonder!
further they expound; samsung's engineering marvel is;
saving you $ by running cooler!!
so the 52 deg. f. that my oven is "off" was intentional?
and i should be happy about it?
and the graph with the pretty colors?
to distract us from an appliance more suited to the junkyard than my kitchen!
yes, the site already knows this range is a piece of junk!

Purchased matching stove and microwave in black stainless steel. Looks are fantastic, well polished and elegant. Easy to set up and 5 burner stove cooks food easily and evenly.

Love the convection cooking! I also use the keep warm feature every day which is a game changer as I cook multiple items at the same time. I have only had this range a few weeks, but I cannot wait to see what else it does.

This is by far one of the best ranges we have ever owned. Not only is it good to look at but the simplicity of using it makes you enjoy cooking and baking every day. We love how the oven is huge. Big enough to fit a large turkey for this upcoming Thanksgiving. It also has five burners. If you don't own this what are you waiting for?

Just had my range installed about 2 weeks ago now, so I've been able to use most of the features. It's really user friendly and the features are pretty innovative. The warming section on the stove top is a stellar option that pretty much assists you with your timing when preparing a meal. Say you have veggies done a little ahead of a main dish or side; you can just put it on the warming section so that it doesn't become overcooked, but still stays heated. The way the fans inside the stove circulate the heat completely around whatever you have in there is also awesome. Really digging this stove.

Strange ugly gap under control panel

due to covid-19, i ordered this range online from best buy without seeing it. i really love how it functions, but there is a very ugly gap of at least an inch just above the stove top under the controls. i hesitated writing a review or complaining, but seeing that gap every time i walk into my kitchen is very disappointing. it really looks like a piece is missing. i would have never bought this model had i seen that gap before purchasing.

beautiful stove. we've only had it for a week and the top of it has began to bubble. the oven and stove works great but, the quality of the stove isn't worth purchasing.

I have never owned a brand new range and I love it. I was nervous I wouldn?t be able to get used to a convection oven without burning things, but the transition has been easy. Perfectly baked cookies right away!
