follow the instructions. the dryer works off of sensors.
shake out your clothes before putting them in the dryer. do not let them stay balled up from the washer.
clean the lint tray after "each" use.
drys perfectly every time and saves energy. when the clothes are dry it turns off.
i use medium heat…very dry….sensor dry. never had an issue. i purchased 3 months ago and use several times a week.

This dryer is simple, but has all the controls you need. It dries my large loads on the first time around! I like where the lint trap is located (at the bottom inside the dryer vrs on top like many driers). I like that it doesn't look super sized, but can fit large loads. It is quiet and the end of cycle alert is a nice sound that my toddler can sleep through. The drier looks sleek and high quality.

The dryer is nice for the price. It works and has decent space. There's no feature that stands out majorly, but it does work and dries well. It also fits in fine in my laundry room, which is really small, along side the washer. I like using it. I would recommend it to someone looking for a dryer that's not too expensive. Recommendations would be to maybe add some smart integration. Add alerts on the phone or some type of assistant integration. Still, nice for the price. I will also say that my brother (that has also used it) had issues getting the lent area out. I usually just throw my clothes in the dryer and turns it to the highest setting and it usually dries them well. The dryer runs, it dries quickly. It has a nice noise to let you know it's done.

This dryer is so much nicer than the previous dryer we had in our home. The old one was so full of lint and hair that it took forever to dry clothes. Once we changed to the Samsung, so many of our problems were gone. I keep it pretty simple with the loads of laundry I put in the dryer. I use the sensor dry almost all the time, which allows the dryer to use the right amount of time and energy to dry the clothing. The lint trap seems to grab more than othe models I've seen previously. One thing that is nice is our smaller items don't get caught in the drum and prevent them from drying correctly. The combination of options available allow our household to do many types of laundering throughout the week. I'm really happy we were able to upgrade to this Samsung dryer.

I am here to say that samsung keeps uping their game. These new models aren't the top of the line, they aren't the most tech filled, but they definitely get the job done.
The dryer really gets a full load dry of clothes dry and with alot of options of drying cycles , and it can handle a fairly large load while doing its job perfectly. The white is a old favorite of mine, even tho I really enjoyed the dark Grey models, the white fits perfectly in any color room. Price points these sets in the mid to lower range of washer/dryer sets but don't be fooled by the price of these guys, they still clean and dry just as good as the top of the line full featured set. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family.

really love this dryer! I can fit large loads of laundry or bedding and it dries very quickly. There are many options you can choose from, sensor dry that detects the amount of moisture or timed dry that lets you pick the amount of time you need. Also has low, medium or high heat which is a great feature for clothes and bedding you do not want to shrink. Another feature that is cool is music tone that plays at the end of cycle. I am very impressed with how quickly it can dry large amounts of clothes, even blue jeans come out dry in a short amount of time. The door can also be changed to swing to the right or left depending on your needs. I did not realize that until after I had it installed so I ended up switching the washer and dryer placement which was not a big deal. One negative feature is the drum inside the dryer is very dark and there is no light so it makes it very hard to see the clothes inside.

Best dryer I have ever owned. It is super quiet, it dries evenly, and it dries quickly! There are multiple settings and it very is easy to use. I use the normal dry cycle and the more dry settings the most. Compared to my old dryer, this one dries faster and more effectively. It has a large capacity for less drying loads. My drying times have averaged around 45 mins. The door has a child lock that turns on while drying or you can set it while it isn't on with a hold of a button. You can reverse the door if needed as well. This model plays a little tune at the end of the cycle. Which is nice compared to the loud multiple beeps my last dryer made and would keep making till opened.

I like that this dryer dries clothes fast which enables us to use less electricity. It is also big and can dry big bulky items such as thick winter blankets. It is also quiet and doesnt vibrate as much as my old dryer. Very happy with its functions and when it's done, it plays a cute music that lasts for a bit so you will definitely not miss it. We are very glad with its capacity and definitely creates a better laundry experience.
The sensor dry function is great. It makes drying my clothes easier knowing I wouldnt worry that my clothes will shrink due to the high heat. Having a sensor dry function also helps me conserve on energy. Two thumbs up.

We were in need of a Dryer and dryer that fit into our laundry room with 2 requirements. Not take up a ton of space but still have the capacity to do the laundry for our family of 5. This Samsung Dryer did both those things and more.
With all the laundry that I do for my family. I need a simple, easy to use dryer, with enough capacity to minimize my loads. This washer checks all those boxes for me.
While the capacity of the washer satisfies all my needs, the washer itself takes up far less room than my previous washer, leaving me plenty of room around it in the laundry room. One bonus we didn't realize we were getting when we purchased this washer was that it has a reversible door. Our laundry room is configured to have the dryer on the left of the washer. With most dryers opening to the right, that makes it very inconvenient when transferring laundry from washer to dyer. With a few simple steps, we switched the door and now it opens the other way. An amazing feature, more dryers do not have.
It's also super quiet, which is a huge bonus I wasn't expecting.

Love this dryer, like the washer, it has a nice clean profile, great capacity and operates quietly. We like using dryer sheets and our clothes always come out dry and smelling fresh. It offers the option of using its presets or allows you to set dryer time you desire. I've found the presets work great for me. This model has a lent basket that is well constructed and easy to clean. Clothes come out dry and lent free every time.
So we've been using the dryer for a couple months and my wife can't stop saying how pleased she is with it. Not just how nice they look, but it's ready oof use, the boys needed little explanation on how it works and the capacity it great. Settings Are self explanatory, I regularly choose the Normal dry for everyday clothes, but for the heavier clothes like jeans I like to use More dry, and it's also equipped with an Air Fluff for a super gentle dry cycle. Using the presets negates the need to guess at dry times, just set it, press start and wait for the really cool end of cycle sound...super pheasant!

the worst experience i had ever had was with the delivery and customer support of the product. i know this is not the place i review about the delivery delays. but, buying from the samsung website is one of the worst experiences in my life. they delayed the delivery for more than 4 weeks and no appropriate response from the customer service. they say the website is not updated. then please update. i would never purchase any samsung product online.

AFTER RECEIVING MY SAMSUNG DRYER, I WAS SO HAPPY TO FINALLY HAVE A NEW DRYER. THE NEW DRYER WAS A PLUS BUT HONESTLY THE DRYER AND THE FEATURES AND THE QUITENESS AND THE SETTINGS AND THE ALERT BELL ALL MADE IT MORE WORTHWHILE. I CAN DRY A SMALL LOAD OR A LARGE LARGE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. MY FAVORITE TWO SETTINGS ARE THE NORMAL DRY (SENSOR DRY) AND THE TIMED DRY (MANUAL DRY). THE THE FILTER IS EASY TO CLEAN. THE WRINKLE RELEASE COMES IN HANDY WHEN I JUST WANT TO KNOCK OUT A FEW WRINKLES FROM MY WORK CLOTHES WTHOUT HAVING TO USE AN IRON. I HAVE NO REGRETS IN PURCHASING THIS DRYER. We have been using the new Samsung dryer for a few months now, and it's a game changer. There are so many innovative features, but here are some of my favorites:
The sensor dry feature is straightforward, and I appreciate that it helps guide you to the best setting for your dry cycle. No guess work involved and no lengthy manual either. This helps to get your laundry perfectly dry- automatically! This has eliminated shrinking and damage to clothing....
I love the fact that we were able to switch the direction of the dryer door to better load clothes from our washer. With flexible open, you can decide which direction works best for your set up.
The large capacity, 7.2 Cu. Ft, is big enough for even bedding and towels. No more laundromat trips for our family- saving us both money and time.
The dryer has 8 preset drying options, which makes it easy to customize your cycle. Samsung makes it easy to pick the best option for each load.
While we always try to remember to change the filter after each dryer use, this dryer has a lint filter indicator light to give us a reminder- much appreciated!
I can't stop raving about this Samsung dryer- it's innovative, easy to use and hands down the favorite dryer I have ever owned.....

We needed a new dryer due to having issues with it drying, but it was an older model. Well opportunity presented itself with this set so we bought it. We love it. I like that it senses when clothes are dry, which was new to me. I haven't had much to really go thru all the settings since I've been planning wedding stuff and just got married last weekend, so it's been hectic. The only complaint we all had was that it doesn't have a light in the dryer to see what's in it. Other than that, its quiet so huge plus since it's backed up to a bedroom. Since I posted this prior, we've used more options on the dryer. We like the sensor where it'll notify us at least 80% done to grab smaller dried clothes out so it can finish drying the other items. Perfect for jeans and heavier bulkier items to dry with less stuff in the dryer. Now the main feature we all love is the quick dry. Using the quick wash and it takes 15 min we love the quick dry as well. This is perfect when we forget to wash something, kids events and need it quickly. While we're getting ready, showered and stuff, this is the perfect one to use to ensure clothes are dry in a timely manner. The reversible dryer door would be convenient if needed to switch locations and it's not able to open up with the standard opening. The new feature to me that others didn't have was the lint trap notification when it needs to be checked. We do check this on every cycle but it's a good thing to have for those that don't.

So far so good! I've run a dozen cycles through and have had no issues. The settings and options are easy to adjust and it is just a very intuitive drier to use. I had it installed and was using it right away. Love the sensor dry feature!
The 8 preset drying cycles works perfect for the verity of things we have. The sensor dry technology optimizes our drying time and saves us money on our energy bill. You can literally set it and forget it! The 7.2 cubic feet capacity allows us to dry sheets and comforters at the same time. Awesome purchase! Would highly recommend it!

I got this samsung dryer along with washer. The dryer drys your clothes fast and is very quiet. It holds quite a bit of laundry and. Comes with multiple settings. It also has a child lock. When done drying it plays a little tune to let you know. Love this dryer. I lime to use the very dry setting on the dryer and it works great. Doesmt take much time to dry clothes. I also love that ut is so quiet when running compared to my other dryer I had which was loud. Cant wait to experiment with tbe other settings

I really like my new Electric Dryer. I love that it has large capacity to accomodate large loads. And, can even dry blankets and comforters nicely too.
I like the convenience of 8 Drying Cycles and 2 additional drying options. It dries all clothes well and doesn't damage the clothes.
The safety feature of child lock is a nice addition. I also like the option of selecting temperature level, which I use it for specific type of clothing. The display also reminds you to clean lint filter before drying the new load. Moreover, the sensor drying feature is good for clothes. Its an awesome dryer.

We recently purchased the new Samsung dryer, and I don't know how I lived without it. Here are some of its features that have converted me into loving laundry day:
Sensor Dry: I just love that this dryer takes the guess work out of laundry. This sensor dry feature automatically optimizes both dryer time and temperature. No more laundry mishaps- otherwise known as shrinking.
Flexible Open: Can you believe that I never knew you could switch the direction of the dryer door? This feature makes such a difference- I was able to change the direction of the door in under 30 minutes. It's the little things, right?
7.2 Cu. Ft. Capacity: Paired with the 4.1 cu. ft. washer, this laundry set eliminates runs to the laundromat for larger items like bedding and towels- and this saves me valuable time and money.
8 Preset Drying Options: These preset cycles take the guess work out of laundry. Seriously, who even needs a manual when Samsung creates the perfect cycle options?
Lint Filter Indicator: While I always try to remember to change the filter after each use, the lint filter indicator light is a helpful reminder.
Cons? None- we love everything from the design, finish, and features. With a busy household, we really appreciate all the little details that make this the perfect dryer for us!

First and foremost, our dryer is located in a very interesting spot so being able to choose which way we wanted the door opening was amazing. We are a big family so the 8 preset drying cycles works very well for our family. The sensor dry technology optimizes our drying time and saves us money on our energy bill. The sensor dry has saved some of our smaller blankets. Our old dryer would occasionally "burn" and damage some of our blankets due to too much heat, but with the sensor dry it does not happen anymore. Because of this, we pretty much use the normal dry setting of the sensor dry. It has been a money saver for our blankets. My wife also loves that there is a lint filter indicator that reminds us when to change the lint filter. This dryer is huge…7.2 cubic feet capacity allows us to dry even more towels at once and we need less loads to do them all. I would highly recommend this dryer to everybody.

I've had such a good experience so far with the Samsung dryer. I really appreciate the inside space of this appliance, and how good it is at collecting lint from the clothes and getting them dry in one cycle instead of having to run the dryer multiple times for the same articles of clothing. There are eight settings , four that are sensor dry settings and four that are manual settings. I prefer to dry on "very dry" and at a low temperature. That seems to be an ideal setting for me with a lot of workout clothes and sports equipment. There are four options for temperature levels, and if you're running a manual cycle, you can choose from 20/40/60/80 minutes. It's very quiet, which is a huge upgrade from the previous dryer I owned.

Received my Samsung washer and dryer set and couldn't be happier. The dryer run perfect, dried my clothing the first time through no tangling instead of the two cycles my old dryer took and, no wrinkles. I also love the Very large drum, deep set lint filter easy to set the setting for my load and easy to read, senses load to protect clothing from over heating, energy saving with 8 preset cycle settings. Very sleek and clean design. Very quiet, Chimes are pleasant rather than the usual loud ding highly recommend, So happy with my new Samsung dryer.

This dryer works great! It has a large tub and many great features. It is very user friendly. I love that it has moisture sensor drying options and timed drying options. It dries my clothes very well. The sensor drying and timed options helps protect my clothing from heat damage. You can also select what temperature to dry your clothes on. It also plays a nice little tune to alert you when your cycle is complete. The dryer comes with a child lock that you have to active to alert you if its opened while in use. The filter is very easy to access and clean because it is located on the bottom inside when you open the door. Another great thing about the dryer is that you can select which way the door opens! You can always change how it opens later if needed.

This Samsung front loading dryer is wonderful. The size is just right for my family of 4. My first load was a bunch of blankets my dogs had been laying on. This is a true test which it passed. The dog hair came off! I really like the design of the lint catcher as it was so easy to clean. The cycle to dry was relatively quick and thorough. I enjoyed the alarm to tell me the cycle was up. We thought the ice cream truck had a new tune. It made us laugh.
The best feature of my new Samsung dryer I received is that it is simple to operate. Even my boys can handle it. We do not need a PhD to operate it. I like the simple buttons, features, ease of operation and clean lines. It fits in well with my simple and pared down laundry setup.
I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for new machine.

I bought this dryer to upgrade an older set, my last dryer was 10 years old and starting to show its age. This new dryer is so much nicer than my old one. I like the fact that there are indicator lights rather than a bunch of dials. Being able to control the heat level is great for different types of loads. Having the option to use the sensor or a timed dry is nice, I mostly use the sensor dry but for bulky items, I find that timed dry works better. I think the controls were easy to figure out. It even makes video game like noises when adjusting your settings and even plays a song when the load is done drying, which I thought was unique, much better than a loud buzzer. Finally, I like that the lint trap has a little snap to keep the lint in place when you take the trap to empty it.

What I like most about this dryer is that it dries my clothes so fast! Half the time of what it used to take me with my old dryer. It is also very easy to use and very straightforward. Even my mom can use it easily and she's the type to always forget what to button to push; but with this machine it's such a breeze for her to use which makes me glad that i purchased this one. I also like the melody that plays when it is done. it's such a cute touch and also since it lasts for a few seconds, we can definitely hear it even when we're upstairs/different sides of the house. The capacity is also great, can fit so much clothes in one go. It has eight preset drying cycles and I usually use the normal cycle. I used to do timed dry in my old dryer but with this one, I find that using the normal cycle is better because it this dryer is equipped with a sensor that optimizes the time required to dry the clothes. This dryer has manual and sensory modes totaling 8 cycles. The sensor dry mode goes from damp dry to very dry. The manual dry mode has wrinkle release, air fluff, quick dry and time dry cycles. I've used both modes and I like using the vey dry and time dry cycles. I've had the pleasure of also using the air fluff and wrinkle release and they did a great job of removing wrinkles and fluffing. One can even set the temp of the dryer from extra low to high, while also varying the drying time. Overall, this is a great dryer. I especially like the melodic chimes after the drying is complete.

My utility room is located in the basement of my home, but even so, I could always tell when previous dryers I've had were running. My new Samsung electric dryer is so quiet that I sometimes open the basement door just to see if it is still on! How great is that? And I cannot say enough about the size of the loads it can handle. My old set contained a frontload washer, which didn't do very large loads at all, ironically, because the machine itself was huge. But I guess I got used to doing such small loads that I can actually do twice as much in one load as I could before, so I've basically cut laundry time in half! I love it, love it, love it! If you're thinking about getting new laundry appliances, get off the fence and BUY the SAMSUNG washer and dryer, you will be SO glad you did!

The functionality is super intuitive and easy to use. We have not been yet used all 8 preset drying cycles, but having that many options makes it super easy for even our kids to take care of the laundry.
On top of all of that, they look great.
I would definitely recommend this Samsung Washer to family and friends.

I was so excited about this set from Samsung! The dryer is just as impressive as the washing machine. First of all, the look is great- clean crisp white. Simple buttons that are pretty self explanatory. There are 4 different sensor dry options and 4 different manual dry options. These are easily adjusted with he twist of a know and your desired setting lights up. You can adjust the temperature and time just as easy with the push of a button. I love that there is also what I call a "progress area." This area has drying, cooling, wrinkle prevent and end. Each of these cycles light up, to let you know where they are in your desired cycle. Easy peasy. Child locks are also part of this machine, which makes everyone with kids feel better, as laundry is constantly going!
Did I mention size?? This thing is huge and holds even the largest loads, comforters, and everything you may need!
This is perfect for any busy household and has kept up with our crazy lifestyle perfectly!
The only downsize I have to say is there is not a light when the door is opened. I switched my laundry room lights to 60 watts LED and solved the problem, but it would be easier if a light came on when the door was opened.
All in all, this is a workhorse, and I see this lasting for years to come!

Quick and Easy Drying

My new Samsung dryer offers drying at half the time. I am able to put in twice the amount of clothes as compared to my previous dryer. The lint trap offers a trap door for quick and easy lint release. I cannot live without the wrinkle release setting! I toss my wrinkled clothes in there in the morning for a few minutes and come back to a wrinkle free outfit! We use the wrinkle release setting at least once a day. Sensor Dry technology takes away any worry when it comes to scorching clothes but it also ensures I am not left with damp clothes at the end of the cycle. Samsung has taken the guesswork out of laundry time! I am very happy with my new Samsung dryer and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make laundry a little easier and less time consuming!

The dryer is by far one of the best dryer's I have ever had the pleasure of using. I tend to wear either dress shirts for work, or old band t-shirts when lounging. Both of these require a delicate dry to ensure that they are not shrinking or being damaged throughout the drying cycle. The dryer not only provides multiple presets to help me dial in the setting, but I have confidence that I am not over-drying my clothes with the Samsung sensor dry feature. The dryer is very large and fully dried my comforter without the need for multiple cycles, and even when tackling a heavy/large load, this thing is also impressively quiet!
My wife really enjoys the fact that there is a lint filter indicator, as she is very forgetful and it always ends up being my job to clean out the filter. While small, it's a nice feature set to have to friendly remind her. Additionally for our specific set up we had to reverse the door on our dryer, and while this is another niche thing, I am so thankful that we were able to tailor the dryer to our specific home setup with fare ease and not have to rely on a professional installer.
Samsung has really elevated the laundry experience by providing the most user friendly and eco friendly setup. Both my wife and I can dial in our specific settings needed for the clothes, but can also just 'set it and forget it' knowing that Samsung has provided tech to ensure the protection and longevity of the clothes. Our clothes come out cleaner and fresher than before, and despite numerous washes on newer clothes, they still look just as bright as the day we bought them.

The Samsung dryer is a great compliment to the top loading washer. The washer handles a large load to wash, and the dryer is equally large and efficient at drying. I love how big the space is, and how easy it is to get clothes in and out.
It dries much faster than my previous dryer, and dries about double as many clothes.
The setting are simple and easy to adjust based on the loads you are drying. I really appreciate the sensor dry settings, so I don't have to keep restarting loads. It takes all the guess work out of it! If you still want some manual control, they have timed settings with several time choices to choose from. Either way, very easy to get started.
The lint trap is right in front on the inside and has a catch that collects the lint, vs. it going all over the place when you pull it out (as many of my previous dryers have done).
This dryer is such a great compliment to the Samsung Top Loading washer, easy to use and enough capacity to fit large loads of bedding, towels, or whatever you can throw at it!

This is honestly the best dryer I have ever owned. It is super quiet, it dries evenly, and it dries quickly! It has multiple settings and is easy to use. I use the normal dry cycle and it has worked perfectly. I have actually been able to dry my clothes in almost half the time time it took in my old dryer. It is also large capacity so less drying loads. The door has a child lock that turns on while drying or you can set it while it isn't on with a hold of a button. You can also reverse the door to make it easier to use. At the end of the drying cycle it even plays you a little song to let you know it is finished. This is so nice compared to the loud multiple beeps my last dryer made!

Samsung's new electric dryer is fantastic. Simple operation, yet it gets the job done.
It has eight different drying options to cover every drying need for my family.
Sensor dry is my favorite feature as it detects moisture, and stops operations at perfect temperature. I know some people prefers clothes completely dry at hot temperature; this is not for them. This feature itself deserves for 5 stars for me as all my previous drying experience was never really perfect every time.
Another point I have to make is its noise level; it is greatly improved from my older dryer, and now I could only hear some operational sound; I would not call it noise anymore.
Load capacity wise, it is large enough for my family; And to my knowledge, it is similar to most of other brand new dryers. In other words, it's not a decision making factor at all. Fantastic appliance. Highly recommended.

Finally a lint draw that goes deeply down into the drier! My first impressions are that is does a great job at drying! But my favorite option has to be the lint draw, as you can see in the picture this one dives deeper than the traditional lint draw! It also has a feature letting you know when it's time to clean out the filter also! This is especially handy to keep your drier in tip top shape!
Besides those amazing options it has many features commonly found on a drier including wrinkle releaser and a damp dry feature!
The door on the front is large and allows you to stuff many clothes into the large drum! It's also nice that you have the option to change the way the door opens with relative ease (left or right)

I love my new Samsung 7.2-cu ft Electric Dryer. It has a great control panel with lots of drying options. It offers 8 preset drying cycles and 4 temperature levels to suit your laundry needs. The control panel is easy to read and has LED indicator lights. My favorite is the Sensor Dry! This is helps me not over dry my delicate work clothes. It has a huge drying tub (7,2 cu) so my sheets and blankets and loads of jeans and towels fit and dry very well. I do not have to run the dry cycle more than once. Another feature I like is the lint filter indicator light letting me know when it is full and reminding me to empty. It plays a wonderful tune medley when the dryer is finished which is so much better than an annoying buzzer.

When this washer says high capacity Samsung is not kidding. This dryer is huge! I have never had a dryer that could dry two blankets at one time. I was a lit bit skeptical as it's not a top loader but this machine far exceeded my expectations. I love how many option there is for drying as far as the settings. Also I love that the machine sings me a song when it's done. In the past I have had issues with my old dryer shrinking my clothing and so far no issues with this machine. My favorite drying setting is dry fluff when I am drying blankets. This machine is virtually silent when you are using it! There is so much thought put into this machine and I am sure I will be happy with it for years to come!
