Once you buy an LG product youre all set Ive experienced amazing after-sale service that I cannot help but share. I purchased the LG 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Fan Convection Electric Slide-In Range with Air Fry EasyClean in August 2022. Although the warranty had expired LGs customer service far exceeded my expectations when the cooktop was damaged due to a malfunction. After reaching out to the Presidents office they took care of the repair free of charge and kept me updated throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment to resolving my issue have solidified my trust in LG. As for the product itself its a powerhouse in the kitchen. The Air Fry feature is a game-changer letting me prepare crispy snacks like fries without the added oil. The large 6.3 cu. ft. oven capacity handles big family meals effortlessly and the EasyClean feature makes clean-up a breeze. Plus the Wi-Fi connectivity allows me to preheat the oven from anywhere using the ThinQ app which is a real time-saver. Overall both the product and the customer service are top-notch. This oven had a Sleek design with fancy knobs. Its glass top with control panel on the front rather than back. Easy to keep clean. I use Norwex paste on the glass top and soapy water everywhere else. I will add that the easy clean option was not very successful when I used it. Also the air fryer function is not as effective as Id hope. I rarely use it and I love air fryers.

I am very disappointed with this range. There are some safety features lacking. The control dials are easily turned on just by accidentally bumping them. The dial settings are difficult to see and the screen for the features is very difficult to read. Requires a lot of light to be able to use. I regret this purchase.

All of my appliances are by LG. The brand new refrigerator freezer the stove the microwave and the dishwasher have some sort of problem. I have had my appliances two years February March and April 2022. It is sad that you produce things that dont last two years and then I have to come out of my pocket because its past a one year warranty on the appliances that I have to pay to have someone come and fix them which is not right. I cant even cook on my stove because the elements are too hot when the dial is clearly on low . All of my food burns. On my microwave I cant even tell the time because all that one Number does is flash it does not give me the time that it used to give me during the first year. I had the microwave. When the dishwasher came two years ago it leaked water all over the place they had to bring in another dishwasher and that was the installers who put the product in and realized it was . I will never buy LG again.

Have had trouble with multiple burners coming on when one burner is activated. Serviced twice problem still exists. Also oven is unable to be set to anything other than 350. This problem was fixed once and again appeared. Less than 3 years old.

The main feature That I selected this product was because Im able to air fry my food. I was used to my old oven when you turn it on to low or medium or high it would take a long time But when you turn this And it gets hot quick.. I also like that its even with my countertops and it shows my backsplash in the kitchen since I upgraded my whole kitchen.

disappointing performance -basic unit

Nope. Slow cooking pan heating/boiling- even on ultra boil. Oven is slow to heat up- convection is questionable- its not going to speed up any cooking times as some convections do. There is no live temp feed-back on oven. You have idea where warm up is or what the temp is other than blindly accepting your set temp thats lame for trying to preload items when oven is reaching desired temp. The app seems like an intern project /doesnt have to much applicable use to save a person time / efficiency/ or benefit for cooking. Dont fall for the professional quality. Cooking seems to take me x2 as long no matter what Im doing. The knobs turning accidentally when bumping them are going to kill or injure people. Im disappointed every time I use it because of its inefficiencies and price

FIRE HAZARD -- Stay away from this LG Product. Unfortunately I came to this site a little too late. I purchased this unit and within the first 4 months of ownership we had multiple incidents of accidentally bumping the front knobs unintentionally turning on the unit. As others have described the knobs are extremely sensitive. We had a fire in our kitchen that was quickly extinguished. On a separate occasion the device was unintentionally turned on and damaged the cooktop making it unsafe to use. This seems to be a common theme with these LG units. Customer support is no help. Their only suggestion is to be more careful not to bump the knobs and use the control lock feature of the range. This is a fantastic idea except the design flaw that a power outage defaults to the control lock feature being off. LG will not assist with fixing the 4 month old range with a 1 year warranty because a damaged cooktop is considered cosmetic even though it is not safe to cook on. It would be one thing if this was an isolated issue on our part but to see numerous complaints with fires is a problem LG will not address. Thankfully no one in our home was hurt by this defective product. Do not make the same mistake we did. Avoid LG

I am very disappointed in my LG stove that is under warranty. The oven does not heat properly to the desired temperature. I have had a service technician to the home 3 separate times to adjust the temperature gauge. I was advised to preheat oven to desired temp and then wait 15 minutes beyond that before placing my meal in the oven. This is ridiculous. When preheating oven and it states it has reached 350 degrees it can be under by 20-30 degrees or over. I have been advised that LG will not replace the range by the technician. I am a baker and find food is either underbaked or over cooked. No consistency in oven temp. Very disappointed they will not replace. I have pictures showing proof of temp discrepancies and they still will not do anything. I am a loyal LG product customer having their appliances in my home through the years and have never been disappointed in their products till this range. I am truly disappointed in their customer service and not standing behind their product. Rest assured I will not recommend purchasing a LG product going forward.

Having bought/used this stove and having interacted with customer care I will not buy another LG product The control dials turn very easily. My parents who are in their 70s and 80s have had multiple times started a fire. Neither Lowes nor LG would accept this defective product. Even the technician who came to our time stated that many people complained about the same problem. Yet he had to write down The dials functions as designed.

I replaced all my home appliaces and bought all Lg 7 months ago I do not recommend this particular one slide in range it keeps turning on the burners every time that I stand in ftont with the minimum contact I called custmer service several times because i had burned 3 tmes what i had on top of my range because i didnt notice thsn burner were on they said that this is normal if you pushed the knobs but for me is not normal that the knobs turn on the burners just because you are standed in front and touch them with your body also only one burner is fast the other ones took forever to boil water or cook i cook a lot and have been doing it for 40 years then I know what I am doing and have had a lot of ranges I am disappointed with this one it looks good but didnt work as I expected the other appliances fridge dish washer microwave washer dryer work very well.

Oven arrived with no internal hardware or manual. I shouldnt have to print an 80:page manual myself. Finally received racks and air fryer tray a few weeks later. Is there supposed to be a broiler pan? Features look OK but were still learning. Air fryer tray is difficult to clean and doesnt fit in the dishwasher. Air fryer took much longer than recipe said to cook in our first try.

The smart part of this oven is a disaster. We locked the controls because it is easy to bump it and turn the stove on. It would not unlock without turn the breaker off and on. It loses wi fi connectivity regularly and then starts beeping until it reconnects. The self cleaning froze for hours constantly getting hotter until we had to turn off the breaker to avoid a fire. The service technician came out said it seems to be working now so nothing he can. Call if it happens again.

During the engineering / design of this oven several design should have been thought of. First the knob display should have been lighted like the clock is. They are hard to see without additional light. SecondThe knobs are too easy to turn on. Several times the front burner turned on by reaching over the top of the stove top to reach something on the back burner. Third the burner outline are too dark to see with out turning on the above Mirco wave light above.

I am very unhappy with this product primarily because the smart functions are not smart. I repeatedly have to turn over the power to the system and restart. Most concerning it froze the countdown for self cleaning and just kept getting hotter. I had to turn off the breaker to turn it off. Then I struggled getting any help with service finally got a service tech out to look at it. He found nothing wrong and said it would have to happen a couple more times before he could really do anything.

The oven doesnt stay at the temp you set it to. I set my oven to 350 and mid bake it drop to 325. Also marking on the knobs have worn off and you cant read them any more. I tried out the sled clean function and will never do that again The clock now is half lit. I would not recommend this oven.

I bought this range 3 weeks ago and have used almost every function except broil and remote start. I am over the moon in love with it. I am a grandmother but there are 5 of us living in my home. We are a multi-generaltional family. And my husband had a stroke a year ago and is disabled. The airfry and convection oven options save me a lot of time. So does the easy clean function. I bought this October 28 2023..it has never worked since it arrived LGs people only know how to lie lie lie.unbelievable horrible treatment. Have never dealt with anyone through owning nine homes that are such a poor company. They should be put out of business by the Feds..which I may yet do. LG is a disgrace to the industry.

We purchased an appliance bundle. LG electric slide in range dishwasher fridge and microwave. The range top quickly stained like something Ive never seen. LG was no help. They sent a rep and all he could say over and over was that the warranty didnt cover cosmetic. Ive had electric ranges and never did they stain with an inability to clean. The range top is defective but they refused to listen. Never again LG Beautiful appliances but terrible customer service.

Glad to have a new oven from LG. Happy that it has an air fry feature and the lovely blue interior. The cooktop is a bit finicky and the lines designating the eyes are very fragile given typical use of a cooktop even very careful use. Ive only used the oven perhaps five times and nothing spilled certainly however the app has already suggested two separate times that the oven should be cleaned. Is that a flaw?

Though I love my oven this was the worst buying experience ever. I purchased the item from Lowes and it was delivered without oven racks. Lowes didnt have them in stock and told me that I had to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer they told me the item would be expedited 2-5 business days. The time went by no racks were ever received. Followed up and the CSA informed me that the order was never put in for approval. He then tells me he would expedite them. A few days later the box arrived and only one oven rack was shipped. Contacted them and informed them that I wanted the two racks and the convection racks that should have been a part of my oven when I purchased it and I was told the item would be shipped. Its been two weeks since that phone call and I still only have one oven rack. This was truly disappointing. You pay one $1K for an item and this is the type to service you get when the issue was at no fault of my own. LG has to do better quality assurance checks when shipping out their products

I have owned my range for a month. We went thru Christmas baking together and it worked out just fine. My light cleaning feature as well as my proof feature were a great help. I did have trouble with my fan but a reset got it working again.

The customer service rep was polite but unfortunately did not help me in anyway. Couldnt send a service rep or help with the issue because that burners were not under warranty and just left me hanging Told me to call the store I bought it from. And we know theyre going to say called manufacture A few months old and Im so disappointed
