Rangers exceeded my expectations. I love have gas on top and an electric oven for baking. It is especially good for frozen pizzas. I have had gas stove tops in the past and forgot how great they are. Can easily control temperature. It is also easy to clean due the easily handled grates.

So far so good except for the Instaview. It is way TOO sensative. When you walk past it or speaking loudly around the stove the oven light comes on automatically. Not really sure why someone would want to use that feature anyhow and put fingerprints on the glass by tapping it twice when they can just touch the light button once. Got to figure a way to disable that feature. When researching others dont like it either. It was a self install which was tough. There is NOT much room for error with electric and gas hook up locations. We love the gas cooktop. We aslo purchased a LG microwave that has the feature of the exhaust fan automatically turning on when the cooktop is on. Love it We have not used the oven yet since it is the middle of the summer and we use the grill. The bottom storage drawer seems flimsy compared to my last oven. Not a game changer though. LG should wait 6 months instead of 4 weeks to ask for a review to get a better and more honost opinion.

I bought this. I added installation. Next day on the email I noticed it was missing. I emailed LG customer service - no reply. I went to online chat. Result you didnt add installation - no I cant add it you will have to call I call customer service - you didnt add installation - no I cant add it I call the delivery company - Call LG I tested their website - I add installation - put in my address and then it gets removed with no notification. I now have a stove sitting there in the hallway. Do not buy from LG

I purchased this range from a local distributor and had it delivered a few weeks later. This unit worked great and I only suffered a few bake time issues / temperature. After all my old stove was over 2 decades old. This new unit was efficient. Fast forward to 7 months down the road after near daily use my burners started to smell when I cooked. They smell like kerosine or diesel exhaust. Not the smell you would want lingering around an unventilated stove top. I thought to myself bummer However I had a warranty..however this unit is under a year old. This fact would force me to use LG for the factory warranty as it was still covered. I called LG and set up an appointment on the 10th of the month. LG has a list of providers in the area and sent a technician in a few days. When the technician arrived on the 18th of the month he informed me he need me to move my stove out from the wall and that he did not work on gas I was shocked because LG sent this person to me to fix my gas stove or so I thought. The technician never fixed my range and walked off the job only after threatening to bill me for his lack of service as it was a gas issue. I called LG to let them know what happened. The customer service person was friendly and made me feel like I was going to be helped the very next day. He told me to keep my line free and that a presidential service member would contact me the next day. The next day came and went with no calls. I called every day for three days in a row. All three days I was told the same thing. Someone would call me and that I was in good hands. After a week of this I called in a Friday at 4. This is when I was told to wait until the following Tuesday. That would make it 15 days with this stove. LG has told me that this would take a high priority level the highest available because it is gas and dangerous however they leave me with a broken stove for 15 days and waiting with no answers. Now I mentioned earlier that we cook on this stove daily. That means breakfast and dinner. Now for the last few weeks we have been forced to either eat out at a much higher cost or to utilize other cooking methods that are not convenient. I still dont k ow what is happening to my stove and I am most likely going to have to bring this to small claims soon. Grrrrr not what I want to waste my time on LG.

Same problem that others are having with this stove. After a few months of use the plastic corner piece on the cooktop breaks. Mine fell inside the stove. After talking with LG the cooktop is not covered for that problem. I asked to talk to speak with a supervisor they said they would call be in 48 hours they never did. Now I have a 7 month old stove with a sharp hole on the front. Others are having the same issue so what gives? Dont hid from this issue call me back and send me a replacement piece.

still can not get oven to stay at temp I set. When open door to put pan in 6 seconds maybe temp drops 30 - 50 degrees. Told that is how new ovens work dont believe and at least should have been told that when purchased or when first call to LG so they could have taken stove back. Best Buy tells me I do have a yr warranty with LG parts and labor and showed me on web. LG says no warranty. Another untruth. Sure would be nice to talk to a higher up LG person so I can give my side and maybe LG could come up with a better story. Ha Ha Ha I know.

Oven does not hold temp. I have to cook cookies 6 - 7 minutes longer. Repair man said new ovens heat to temp I set but when he opened the door to put pan in 5 seconds maybe temp dropped 70 degrees he said normal on new ovens I was told to preheat extra 15 minutes after oven says temp I want.. I did that and cookies still did not bake without extra 5 minutes Why? I wasnt told any of this when I purchased range in Feb this year. He did calibrate oven Installers did not. Why? Answer would be appreciated. Wishful thinking??

Oven is not correct at different temperatures

have issue with oven temperature not correct. If you use the adjustment to get a correct temperature at 350F then at 400F it is 425 and set to 450 runs 485F. Technican was not able to fix it. This makes baking gluten free products next to impossible. Suggest if oven baking at different temperatures is important buy something else

Good looking well constructed. Control panel is not back-lit and is almost impossible to read even in a well lit kitchen. Power burner is a combo burner with simmer burner. Makes it difficult to prep many meals where power and simmer capabilities are needed simultaneously.

Of the available dual fuel ranges this was my top choice. Now that I have been using it for a month there are a couple of concerns. Installation was difficult due to limited recessed space at the rear of the range. Almost impossible to get a 4 gas line to lay in the space provided. I was forced to install the extender panel provided with the range to move it 2 further from the wall. That pushes the range an additional 2 beyond the front of the adjacent cabinets. Not a good look. Second issue is in regard to the control panel. I was unable to see this range in service. Display models were not plugged in. I assumed from the design of the control panel that it would be back-lit in some fashion. I was wrong. Even in a well lit kitchen with an LED equipped range hood the words and markings are almost impossible to read. This is very disappointing in light of the price point and comparison to similar other ranges.

Ive had this oven for 9 months. I gave it only 3 stars because its advertised as having a convection bake and a regular bake mode. The convection bake works great. The regular bake cycle is the same as the convection bake the convection fan runs basically all the time. It stops for 3 seconds every 2-3 minutes. You cant follow a recipe because the temp is too hot so you set it lower. Then you have to babysit it because you dont know how long it will take to get done without overbaking. LG assured me that it had a regular bake cycle. Repairman came out and the company told him that is was working as designed. Very disappointing

Very unhappy customer. Oven temperature is NOT what you set it for. In bake mode too low on convection too high of temps. LG customer service is terrible to deal with. I purchased in October 2023 and food is either uncooked or almost burning. I had 2 no show no call repair appointments where I had to miss work and I had to call on to find out they were rescheduled My first appointment they never scheduled and I had to call back to get one scheduled. They send you a RNN number and tell you to enter this on their website with your phone number to check appointment status. Doesnt work and this feature I was told not set up yet. My first LG product with absolute worst experience. Sri waiting to get issues resolved. Would have given zero stars if an option. I purchased this item on sale from Home Depot not free and paid a pretty penny for junk

I would love to review the product itself but I still dont have it I ordered on 11/4/23 to be delivered 11/21/23. That got canceled till Dec 5th for delivery. Now its been delayed again till Jan. 15th The store Lowes has our money but tell us they cant deliver because LG cant provide the stove Ive called several other stores that sell appliances and NO ONE in any reasonable distance from us can get this product. I purchased this range because it was quite reasonably priced for a dual fuel range. Overall I am pleased with the quality and performance of both the cooktop burners and the oven. I admit I have not yet tried all the various modes available with the oven but I have been impressed with the many options. I have only one small disappointment which is the reason Ive only rated it four stars: They should have included a backlight for the control panel even if it were only activated by a touch and then timed out. With the lower location of the panel and the viewing angle its quite difficult to see the different control options.

Design problem . No backlit control panel

Bought several months ago. Cooks and bakes well. Missing a critical feature that LG doesnt mention and finding an actual model look at is basically impossible. Control panel is not backlit so a various times during the day and night you need a flash light to read the control panel. Extremely disappointed. Ordered product from Lowes. Asked Lowes to have the LG rep to call me to discuss options. Im willing to pay more for what I want and need but need Lg and Lowes to take this original range back refund the purchase amount and Ill order the model with all the necessary features. Had service rep out twice to see

Good features one issue display panel

My wife has been using this model for about 4 weeks now She is getting used to the gas cook top it does take some getting used to especially the preheat time. So far so good. Because this model has an electric oven with lots of features it probably will take more getting used to but we dont see any major issues in the learning curve. We both are wondering about the display panel. Does this model have a back light for the control panel is so how do you turn it on? If it doesnt it should because its very difficult to use the some of the features ie numerical entry and the other features and functions

Convinced hubby it would make a great early Christmas present It was on sale which made it more reasonable. Love the five gas burners with the griddle in the center. Very easy to clean. Looks great. The only drawback that I have experienced is that where all the electronic controls are in the front of the stove it is so very ease to turn push something on when you lean over the stove trying to clean the wall behind it.

This range replaced a previous Duel-Fuel kitchen range. A wonderful improvement in so many ways It has the look of a beautiful professional range. There are two features we did not have with the past stove that I love- a griddle and the Air Fryer feature. The delivery to the store was extra long but were so happy we waited for this. Five stars and our full endorsement. We also love our LG refrigerator purchased last June.

Loving my new LG dual fuel range. I remodeled my condo and it originally had a gas range. While I learned I liked the gas cook top I was unhappy with the oven for baking. So I was very happy to find the LG dual fuel that not only gave me the combination of cooking I desired but also had great features like air frying a griddle on stove top and being able to tap on oven door to see inside rather than opening it. It is also beautiful and easy to clean

Professional looking stainless steel range with firm push in activated burners and simple cooking panel. You can pair the range with smart phone but I like to time and watch my food. Nice combination of burner sizes for cooks who prepare sauces boil and simmer dishes. The high btu burner is large enough that my wok doesnt hang over the front edge to reduce some spatting of hot oil. Oven self cleaning cycles are great. Only tried out the short cleaning time. Interior has beautiful blue durable surfaces. Powerful convection that heats in very short time. Tap oven door for viewing comes in handle for baking and browing food. LG got the specs right. We swap our old 30 inch gas range for the new duel fuel one. Oven temperature is more efficient than my old gas regulate oven since the electricity maintains a better flow oh heat. Overall this range is a blast to cook on.

Purchased at Gerhards Appliance. The oven seems very nice. I have only had it for two weeks and just used the oven for the first time. I did have a big problem with this oven at first. The rack was literally impossible to move in and out. It was so tight. I had to wait till the oven cooled down then I had to grease the second rack from the top. You should not have to do this It actually scratched the porcelain. LG needs to address this issue. Do not buy from Gerhards. If you would see the install you would not believe it. The Sales rep so called install/ delivery Store Manager in Malvern were all incompetent. I normally buy from Costco but since their install delivery is horrible I went with Gerhards since they have their own team. Dont do it I had to remove and reinstall myself. DO NOT BUY FROM Gerhards

We received our range after ab3 month wait. Once our new home was completed our plumber came in to connect the gas. He found all of the wires chewed up and destroyed. Its been an absolute nightmare trying to get help.

The range has lots of space and burners adjust well. The oven preheats quickly and cooks evenly. I like that the timer also notifies on the phone but I wish you could turn off the timer from the phone.

I have had two wonderful technicians to my home but it cannot be calibrated to my standards. There does not appear to be consistency in temperature when baking. During baking the temperature does not maintain a steady 350 degrees after I have placed my baked goods into the oven. It drops down which is understandable however then cycles up and becomes too hot 362 degrees and then goes back down to 330 then shoots up to 355 and back down to 330 degrees and continues. Furthermore this is a consistent problem with baking at any temperature of my choosing.

I had this product delivered on May 8 2023 from Best Buy. My delivery was a LG Model LSDL6336F. The installation could not be completed because the power cord requires a 50 amp outlet. I was not told this at the time of purchase. See picture of power cord supplied upon delivery. The electrician for my building complex says they cannot supply a 50 amp circuit. He also said 120 volt power cords gas stoves are available. Do you have similar model with a 120 volt power cord for this gas stove. Can you recommend a model to exchange? I cant use this range

Still not repaired after many phone calls.

Dual fuel set in range 3/3/2023

Very unhappy with LG. We received our stove damaged. The trim around the knobs had been screwed in too tight which caused 2 dents on the top of the bent over valve for the back simmer burner. This needs to be repaired and last we knew the face plate trim part has been found.
