These ovens are just OK. There are no fancy features but I'm OK with that. They do have Wifi and as soon as I got the ovens installed I attempted to connect. It connected but said there was a software update. I said OK on the update and everything froze. The control panel froze solid. I tried everything, turning the breaker off and on several times. A repair man came and was able to reset. I'm definitely not going to try the wifi again. I do like that my cookie pans fit. (they didn't fit in my old Fridgeadare ovens. So far no more problems.

I love my ovens. They are so pretty, they are easy to clean, they work so well. I love the app and being able to control my ovens from far away. I have used the Sabbath mode and it works beautifully. I just love them.

Racks or build about 1/8 or 3/16 of an inch too wide without the heat on for expansion... And then trying to move them around it scratches the ceramic lining... There's a 6-year-old video that says to put cooking oil on the rails and tracks... But it's still too wide it's too much metal in the scratching continues

The racks are overly tight, scratching the oven walls, they should have been cast about 1/8 or 3/16 narrower width. Timer is quiet, as is cooking done alarm. I replaced an older oven and required electrician to reward from shared wiring to cook top™¦added another $1200 to the cost, GE doesn™™t back log for once oven is usable/ fully connected, but only to delivery date. Not fully intuitive, no operator manual included only PDF file provided for you to download and print.

This replaced a wall oven that was in service for 25 years. 3 years after installing this new GE, I™™m already replacing a cooling fan, which involves removing the unit from the wall! Cheap cheap cheap.

I love my new GE Double Wall Oven. The only issue I am having is the oven racks are difficult to move in and out and scratch the wall of the oven. I would love it if someone could tell me what we can do to rectify this issue.
The ovens are larger that what I had and are wonderful. The remote control makes it easy to set and monitor. The temperature cooks as expected and everything I have baked so far has come out to perfection.

I had this unit for over a month or two and I really liked the performance of it, made banana bread, pizza bread, brownies, chicken thighs and so on. Every time they came perfect, I bought it directly from GE and is the best service you can get, from now on I would only buy the appliances directly from GE so I can have the installation service too. The only thing I am not that trill with it is the inside space of the oven seems smaller than my Thermador previous oven. other than that highly recommended I wish I can say the same about my dishwasher...I think I had a lemon with problems since the beginning and now that the control panel is off after 4 years my husband want me to change brands, I hope GE can help us on this one.... I don't want to change brands!!

Everything is great, installed easily, inside is bigger than my old GE I replaced. Cooks beautifully and evenly. The only issue worth mentioning are the racks, they don™™t slide off smoothly. That™™s the only thing that sticks out.

This is the third time we are purchasing this same 27 inch double oven. Even with moderate use and never having used the self clean feature, they just haven't lasted long. This one was more expensive even though it doesn't have convection feature. Due to kitchen configuration, we are locked into the 27" width. We hope this one lasts longer. Will give a 5 star rating as it's too soon to tell.

Not even 5 days installed so we™™ll see. Looks great & works great initially. Last GE 27™ double oven lasted literally 50 years. I™™ve been told now you™™re lucky if you get 10 years out of one. Had to buy the 5 year warranty to cover it because even on sale these ovens are expensive. They don™™t make them like they used to.

Exceptional quality material, many features for all types of baking, broiling, warming and proving. Temperature is accurate and maintains heat. I like the large capacity for my baking pans. Digital controls are easy to read and use.

The fan is on the bottom of the lower oven. It blows hot air out the bottom when done cooking & OFF. Hot air into kitchen. Why not vented above???? Good cooked properly.

Bought a JKD3000DN1BB a few years ago. The "guaranteed fit" promise turned out to be a joke. The installers removed the existing GE double oven with no problem but couldn't get the new one into the same opening (seems the Metric measurements on the new unit were larger than the SAE measurements on the old unit), so the installers just broke the cabinet down until they managed to force the unit into its place.

I love the control panel on this double wall oven. My first complaint when looking at it in the store is about the ceramic racks. I knew I wouldn't like them, based on past experiences, but there was no substitute. After installation, just as I feared, the racks didn't slide easily and one was especially bad, sticking occasionally instead of sliding smoothly. As one reviewer stated, this means that some items will spill over when you're taking them out of and putting them into the oven. So we had service people come out but communication was difficult. Then we had a problem with the broiler. After not working for a minute, it seemed to turn itself on. So the food didn't cook; the cheese didn't melt, then all of a sudden it turned itself on and it cooked quickly. This wasn't because of temperature regulation. It just had a mind of its own. We went to the store and talked to customer service. We were still within the 30 day warranty period so we ordered another oven, this time a Maytag. I read similar problems in reviews for the comparable Maytag but at this point I wonder if it's about the luck of the draw, meaning there may be some units that come out of the factory as flawed, regardless of the brand. We are trying our luck on a Maytag, which is the same as our frig.

Our previous oven lasted 18 years and it finally quit on us. We went to Lowes and saw this double oven that had the same dimension as out previous oven and liked the features on it and bought it. The install was easy and worked as designed. We are more than pleased with the double oven by GE.

Oven works great and pretty spacious for a 27" oven. Preheats pretty fast and seems to hold temperature very well. Controls are easy to operate and a added bonus that you can control from the app on your phone.

Product doesn™™t fit into the same space as the previous 27™ double oven. Cannot close the bottom oven door as it overlaps the granite countertop making it unusable. I thought GE guarantees the fit.

This oven is perfect - we upgraded for my sourdough microbakery business, and the oven is big enough for me to fit all the loaves of bread that I need to for weekly orders! It holds temperature really well and cooks things very evenly.

This GE double wall oven is built solid, and cooks food evenly. We like the simple features. It fits exactly where our old 27 inch ge oven was with no modifications needed. Unfortunately of the four oven racks that came with it, only one rack glides smoothly, the other racks are very difficult to slide in and out. Also when I adjust the temperature, from 350 to 375, it works its way up from 327 even though the temperature reading said 350. Otherwise it™™s a great solid oven, I™™m glad we got it, maybe I get get these other issues resolved, thanks.
