I am deeply unhappy with my new range. My old range was perfect. Parts were no longer available so I had to buy a new one. Old range overlapped countertop. New does not. No options that do. The gap is ugly and annoying. Unit too deep, protrudes too far forward. It is cheaply made. I am returning it and will have to buy from a different manufacturer.

Received this oven, December 2025. Right from the beginning, one of the burners was not working correctly and and parts had to be replaced. May 2026 the inside glass on the door shattered my food was inside. It had to be thrown away. There was glass everywhere even though the door was shut this oven isn™™t even six months old, I would recommend that you DO NOT BUY. Needless to. say we did not keep the oven and we purchased a new one without a glass door.

My only problem with this stove is that it is super easy to press against the control panel and activate functions and the straight up profile of the front with the burner control knobs makes it super easy to accidently turn on a burner. My old stove had a slanted front which was much less able to be accidently activated.

Extremely disappointed in this stove. I don't know who designed this piece of junk, but they should fired! It was purchased to replace the same GE model that I had purchased approximate ly 12 years ago for my newly remodeled kitchen. The only reason I had to replace it was the digital oven temperature control no longer worked and GE quit making the replacement part. This new, "updated model" is expensive but cheaply made and was not the same dimensions as the old modeI. I had to spend $700 dollars to have my quartz counter top cut out in because vents that were added in the back of the new stove model & increased the depth of the stove. The oven temperature is at least 10 degrees lower than what it should be, the broiler doesn't work, the bottom drawer is so small and useless that you can't use it to store anything in it. The drawer comes off the track railing and does not slide back into place properly. The stovetop glass doesn't extend beyond the stove top like my old stove did, and instead there is a cheap looking rubber gasket surrounds the perimeter of the stove to enclose the glass top. This leaves a gap on either side of my custom quartz counter top for crumbs and utensils to fall inbetween the cracks. I had to get metal brackets to fill in the gap between the counter and the stove which doesn't do a great job and cheapens the look of my kitchen. The stove top controls are easy to accidently turn on or off by just leaning into the controls. a The two front burner controls have two high settings next to each other, making it easy to leave the burner on if a person is not familiar with the idiotic way these two front controls are configured. The back burners do not have the same type of control configuration as the front burners, but those burners are rarely used. All in all, a very poorly designed stove, that I would never recommend purchasing. If I could afford to dump it and buy a different brand, I would do it in a second. I get mad every time I have to use it.

Range is great. Seems to heat faster than my old GE. I noticed the oven goes to the temperature you set regardless of convection baking or regular bake. The old one went to 25 degrees less on convection. Took off one star because the bottom storage draw is awful. You need to do something about that.

The burners are absolutely beautiful on my electric stove. Because of the dark glass over them they will always look clean. They heat up super fast and the controls let you know if they are still hot after use. This stove is a replacement for an electric stove that was 44 years old. There is no comparison between the two. I feel like I won the lottery! I also purchased a tray that fits over the top that extends my counter space. LOVE IT!

We're loving our new oven! My only qualm is I don't love the look of the front of the oven, the glass, but I may just try and swap that out as I think that's a fairly easy fix. Otherwise, we bought it because the reviews were fantastic for cleaning and needed a white, slide-in electric oven. They're right, the cleaning is amazing! It's easy to wipe the stovetop and we haven't had scratching problems yet and the removable oven pan at the bottom is a dream. I love that the knobs are easy to turn but not too easy so they can be just bumped and turned on. And I LOVE that it heats so quickly!

Very disappointed, GE! I regret the decision to replace my GE Profile of 26 years. I bake a LOT! This oven bakes faster and in the back, than in the front. I had a technician come out to check the temperatures inside the oven. All zones are working properly. He called GE for advice. Their advice was to turn your food halfway through baking, UGH. If you're a baker, DO NOT purchase.

I just bought this range and I have used it for two weeks. I am very disappointed in this model and would never buy it again. The range has a lot control, but that is only for the display so if someone touches one of those buttons, it won™™t activate. The problem is that the knobs stick out and you can brush against it and turn on the stove, top without even realizing it. In the first week, I have turned on the stove four times and melted a plastic cover for some bread that I was emptying out of my shopping bag and had it on top of the stove for a few minutes. Also, the drawer is much smaller than the model I bought years ago. I can only fit two frying pans in the drawer. It also takes a long time for water to boil. I am very disappointed with this model. I am now taking the knobs off when I am not using the stove so there won™™t be any problems.

After facing the challenge of replacing a 21 year old GE range, I was nervous about finding something that could possibly take its place. I found the perfect range when I found this electric 5 burner GE product. Who knew that in the years since I had last purchased an oven, that you could find one that combined conventional baking as well as convection and air frying! On top of that, it steam cleans and has a warmer burner. The controls are easy to navigate and I feel like the oven may even be a little larger than the one I had. I would highly recommend this model to anyone who like to cook! The installation team that delivered and installed were very professional and polite.

This white range is stunning. I previously had an old 4 burner GE range with a backsplash and thought this range would basically be the same thing minus the backsplash and metal burners. I'm so happy I was wrong! This range is black and white and beautiful! I have used the glass cooktop and my meal came out perfectly! Had the stove for 3 months. When I use the oven, the top of the stove and front area under the oven handle, where the grills are gets extremely hot. No children in my house but I would be very concerned if there were. Also I think this is giving off more heat into the kitchen. Installation was okay but the delivery people failed to say anything about the broken piece to level the stove. Lucky for me the contractor did notify me. GE worked with to determine the part and sent a replacement.

Not impressed took me 8 months to find someone who actually could provide a unit. First of all have a 30" open where my previous stove fit perfect now there is a minute 1/8 gap because top surface is not 30". Also had to put support under it to raise up to counter level. People who design these appliances need to talk to those that install and use them. Don't like having to go to computer every time trying to figure out how to work a feature. Need to provide instruction manual with the unit. Also takes forever to boil water small burners are the worst trying to make a cup of team takes a long time waiting for water to boil, One burner should be a fast burner. Not impressed may end of selling it in a while and getting something else.

New Stove

We just installed the stove yesterday and used it for the first time today. My wife loves the features and can't wait to use it for baking some cookies. The one thing we found was the knob installation and reference to "Dual Zone " and illustrations in the installation instructions were vague and didn't match the stove causing some confusion.

I have to preface this review by saying that I have not purchased a range in over 15 years, and my expectations are very much biased by our previous GE product experience. It is my opinion that this range is below average in material and built quality. It is actually worse (in every aspect) than the over-15-year-old GE range that it replaces, which is comparable in price when considering inflation. The bottom drawer slide mechanism makes it drawer useless after putting any weight on it, the burners are not accurate and do not heat evenly. The glass top will develop stains - immediately. Make sure that you run the oven (without any food in it ) at high temperatures before cooking in it, otherwise your food may have an unpleasant smell. Since the stove is so light, GE added concrete counterweights to the back of the appliance to prevent it from tipping when opening the oven door - thoughtful. The price point and my expectations were far apart and it has made me realize that this is a new reality, this range will surely become a disposable piece after a couple of years. It is beyond me how anyone could give this appliance more than 3 stars. No more buying appliances sight unseen!! When you hear your elders say that "things are just not made the same way" YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!!!!!!
